Cohort-based internship prep boot camp

Selected members will join ACCELERATE, our curated internship preparation boot camp for 12 weeks prior to applying for an internship at partnering organizations.

Internship Pipeline Program

Upon completing ACCELERATE, selected members will be able to connect with HR professionals from partnering organizations. Partner companies will prioritize BantuMagang cohorts during the selection process for their internship programs.

Events & Mentorship Program

Selected members will also receive access to exclusive events with partnering organizations such as networking sessions, mock interviews, and many more. Selected members will also gain access to mentors throughout ACCELERATE.

Our aim is to bridge our boot camp-curated students and high-growth Indonesian-based companies and thus, build meaningful internship programs together.

Your BantuMagang journey

Student application: Students will apply for ACCELERATE at the beginning of the semester and be admitted based on the qualifications wanted by our partnering companies.
Internship prep boot camp: Cohort members will join ACCELERATE which covers three learning paths and are able to access exclusive events and mentorship opportunities.
Applying for internships: Upon completion of ACCELERATE, cohort members will gain access to job boards of internship opportunities that are specifically catered to the members.
Joining internships: Students will start the internship and BantuMagang will continue to provide guidance through mid-point reflection and post-internship evaluation.
