Problem Solving

Problem Solving: What Does It Look Like In the Workplace?

During an internship, you may encounter real-life work issues or client projects that require your problem-solving skills. It is a test of our aptitude for assessing situations and analyzing information.

Similarly, in an organization, they need people who possess the qualities of a problem solver. When a problem occurs, “YOU” must be able to investigate, analyze and propose solutions to your colleagues and employers. Candidates must also be critical to explore the set of solutions, its feasibility and be able to have the creativity to effectively execute these solutions.

Problem Solving may not be essential in every situation. However, one must be solution-oriented to get you to great places.
