Kingmakers, also known as recruiters are the one last chess piece an interviewees should encounter. Recruiters themselves have various personalities and demands, but one thing they have in common is they seek respect through appropriate manners and interest displayed by jobseekers. It might look intimidating, but in the end jobseekers should be able to communicate and how to behave in front of recruiters. In this module, delegates will learn everything they need to know about dealing with recruiters, from pre-interview, interview, post-interview, and after getting accepted.
